Stevens Construction Co., Inc. is a locally owned commercial construction company who provides over 70 years experience in the construction industry. Our Vice President, Douglas Stevens, used his 30+ years of practical construction experience to found the company in 1996. Since then, Stevens Construction Co., Inc. has set a new standard in North Central Ohio for construction management excellence and facility service.
Our President, Ben Stevens, has been part of the company since 1999. From 2000 to 2005, Ben was part of the Construction Management team responsible for the construction of the Marion City Schools $98 million dollar facilities project. Currently, Ben focuses on project management, estimating and sales.

We are a fairly small company who achieves big goals in the construction industry and the projects we have completed will speak for themselves. Our professional staff’s qualifications present exceptional construction diversity and project experience. Our founder and current Vice President, Douglas Stevens, originated his construction career in 1979 performing masonry work in the field. Years of experience building solid “brick and mortar” foundations are evident today in the foundations of Stevens Construction Co., Inc. Douglas participates himself in estimating projects and dealing on a personal level with customers.
